Panel Replacement
Customer Issue: Needed broken panels replaced.
Our Solution: Ms. Robinson had broken two panels in her garage door. We replaced the panels and then installed them to her complete satisfaction. We also double-checked the door mechanism and determined there was no other damage.
Garage Door Off Track
Customer Issue: Mr. Walker called us to put his garage door back on its track.
Our Solution: We loosened the customer's door and reset it properly, tightening some bolts on the tracks and making sure that the door was aligned properly and moving in a smooth, safe and stable manner.
Garage Door Troubleshooting
Customer Issue: Mr. Allen's door would not open or close.
Our Solution: We determined that Mr. Allen's door had several broken rollers and a track misaligned. We replaced the rollers, realigned the track, and made sure the door worked properly again.
